What payment options do you accept?

We currently accept credit, direct debit, Venmo, and Paypal.

Can I purchase a gift card?

We do not offer gift cards at this time.

Do you have sales, promotions or coupons?

We do not offer promo codes, coupons or sale prices at this time.

 

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is your policy for returns and exchanges?

We only accept refunds or exchanges for unopened items. Contact us at hello@pieceout.co within 7 days of receiving the item to receive a refund or request an exchange. 

For wrong or damaged items, please report it to us within 15 days of the invoice date. Upon receipt of the damaged or incorrect item, we will send out a new item ASAP. All returns must be received in our warehouse within 30 days of the invoice date in order to receive a replacement.

We will not be able to accept your return if it arrives back to our warehouse more than 30 days from the invoice date. Please email us if you have any questions at hello@pieceout.co.

What countries do you ship to?

At this time, we currently only ship to customers in the United States.

    When will my item(s) ship?

    Items generally ship 1-3 business days after you place your order.

      How much is shipping?

      Shipping costs depend on where you live in the U.S. We will show you a shipping estimate before you check out based on your address.

        Can I choose express shipping?

        Yes, for an added cost you do have the option to choose express shipping.

        Issues With My Order

        Where is my package?

        You will receive an email with tracking information once the item is shipped. Didn’t get one? Contact us at hello@pieceout.co.

          Halp! My puzzle is missing pieces. What do I do?

          Contact us post haste at hello@pieceout.co and we can help address the situation.

            I accidentally entered the wrong address. What do I do?

            Deep breaths. We'll get through this together. Reach out to us ASAP at hello@pieceout.co. If the product has not yet been shipped, we can try to change the delivery address.
