Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
What is your policy for returns and exchanges?
We only accept refunds or exchanges for unopened items. Contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the item to receive a refund or request an exchange.
For wrong or damaged items, please report it to us within 15 days of the invoice date. Upon receipt of the damaged or incorrect item, we will send out a new item ASAP. All returns must be received in our warehouse within 30 days of the invoice date in order to receive a replacement.
We will not be able to accept your return if it arrives back to our warehouse more than 30 days from the invoice date. Please email us if you have any questions at firstname.lastname@example.org.
